SeABank honored “Thăng Long Cup” by Hanoi People’s Committee & sponsored 50MVND for poor

Hanoi, October 12th 2010 – SeABank was one of the 50 outstanding enterprises to be voted and awarded Thăng Long Cup by Hanoi People’s Committee. Madame Nguyễn Thị Nga – SeABank’s BOD Chairman, was personally granted with the title “Hanoi Talented Businessman” by Hanoi People’s Committee.

Also in the framework of this awarding ceremony, in response to the Kick-off ceremony of the peak month “for The poor”, SeABank sponsored the Fund for the Poor handled by Hanoi People’s Committee with 50 MVND.

  “Thăng Long Cup” is an annual award held by Hanoi People’s Committee to honor enterprises in the region upon criteria of: Implementation of socio-economic targets; Measures against inflation and wastefulness for economical practice; Compliance with the Party’s orientation and State laws and policies, regulations of the city, ensuring security and safety with no serious accidents in production and trading; Organization of social movements and charity activities; Setup and operations of trade union, youth union and public associations. The title of “Hanoi Talented Businessman” is awarded once every tow years to the CEO and Directors of enterprises with outstanding performance in production and trading. 
Out of nearly 100.000 enterprises operating in the region of Hanoi, 50 of whom with great achievements were selected by the People’s Committee to be honored with Thăng Long Cup and 24 entrepreneurs and business leaders were titled “Hanoi Talented Businessman” of 2009.
