After the SeABank - Run for the Future fundraising event and sponsoring more than 40 poor students from Hanoi, Hai Phong to Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, the Dream Nuturing Fund continues to sponsor 5 unlucky students that need help.
Recently, the Dream Nurturing Fund knew about the cases of three students who were the children of unlucky staffs who died in a traffic accidents, including:
Trinh Gia Bao and Trinh Song Bao: Born in 2012, their mother unfortunately passed away after an accident on the way to work, leaving her two young children just starting to go to school. Now that the family's main source of income is lost, the children depend on their grandparents.
Tran Bui Bao Chau: Born in 2013, her mother also unfortunately died of a traffic accident. Currently, Bao Chau and her father are living with their grandparents.
In collaboration with HR staffs at Da Nang branch, Dream Nurturing Fund continues to receive support for 02 students at the proposal of Ngu Hanh Son Study Encouragement Association (Da Nang City). Both of them are extremely poor and looking for authorities’s help:
Nguyen Thi Kim Linh: Born in 2005, belongs to a family of three brothers, divorced parents, and the house is a small area has 6 people living together. Her mother is trying to work every day to support her three children and her grandparents. Kim Linh continuously won the title of Excellent Student for 9 consecutive years.
Phan Thi Truc: Born in 2006, the family of 6 brothers and sisters all had to quit school to work more, their father left 10 years ago and Truc was the only hope for the family. Truc not only won the title of Excellent Student for 8 consecutive years, but also won the First Prize of History Competition organized by district’s authorities in 8th grade.
Founded in 2015, the Dream Nurturing Fund aims to support the needy children but always strive to study and achieve outstanding achievements with a scholarship of VND 1 million per month until completing the 12th grade program. After 5 years of establishment, the Fund has sponsored a total of 132 students nationwide.
Along with outstanding achievements in business, SeABank has always focused on parallel development of social welfare activities, especially for children such as Love Spring, Warm blanket in the winter, SeABankers for children ... The Fund hoped that this support will partly motivate students in poor to take steps closer to success on the future path forward.
